Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect identifiers and contact details; insurance application and policy information; commercial and transaction information; professional or employment information; internet activity and device data; communications; and sensitive information that you choose to provide for an insurance transaction. Please do not place highly sensitive information in a public website form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, obtain and service insurance, communicate with clients, prevent fraud, secure our systems, comply with law, maintain records, and improve our services.
Sources and disclosures
Information may come from you, household members or authorized representatives, insurers, service providers, consumer reporting or claims sources where permitted, and ordinary website technology. We may disclose information to insurers, insurance support organizations, vendors that process information for us, professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, and others as authorized or required by law.
No sale or cross-context behavioral advertising
We do not sell personal information for money and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information except as described in our notices and as permitted or required by law.
Retention
General website inquiries are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months. Security logs are ordinarily retained for up to 12 months. Insurance applications, client files, policies, communications, and transaction records are retained for the relationship and afterward as reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, contractual, dispute, and business-record obligations. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, unless law requires longer retention.
Cookies and browser signals
This preview does not use advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising technology is enabled before launch, this policy and the site controls must be updated first. Because there is no common Do Not Track standard, the site does not respond separately to DNT signals. We honor legally required opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable.
Security and children
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is guaranteed secure. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through public website forms.
Your choices and contact
You may ask about your information, correct contact details, or make an applicable privacy request by calling (916) 580-7999 or emailing elias@eloinsurance.com. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. See California Privacy Choices for more information.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes to insurance privacy practices may require a separate notice.
