Policy changes
A request is not effective until the carrier or agency confirms it in writing. Do not use a web form or email for urgent binding, cancellation, reinstatement, or claim instructions.
Claims
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. Take reasonable steps to prevent further damage when safe, preserve records and photos, and contact the carrier’s claims department or our office.
Billing and certificates
Carrier billing rules and certificate requirements vary. Send complete holder or contract details, and allow time for review. A certificate does not amend, extend, or alter policy coverage.
